Since Living Hope Bible Church began in May of 2022, it has operated entirely through the dedication of those who call it home. A team of five men carry out the bulk of the weekly preaching and event planning. All five individuals work full-time jobs apart from ministry. The current leader of this team, KP, preaches roughly half of the weekly sermons and also serves in many of the capacities of a head pastor. KP, along with his wife, often provides counseling, shepherding, and discipleship to the local body.

The LHBC leadership team, including KP, have no intentions of leaving this church or Glendive, but as the church continues to grow, it is clear that Living Hope Bible Church needs a Vocational Elder who will function as the head pastor, primary preacher, and an overseer of the church.

The goal of this hiring process is not to hire someone as quickly as possible; rather, the goal is to prayerfully examine and get to know a candidate to such an extent that we strongly believe that he will shepherd the local body Biblically, teach and admonish our church in a Christ-like manner, and spread the Gospel throughout Glendive.
